Sales Executive

We are looking for Sales Executives in different regions to join our growing Sales department. Responsibilities will include managing end-to-end sales operations, from research and attraction to driving the closure of sales deals. You will need to acquire an in- depth understanding of the IN2 platform and its various functionalities to effectively attract potential clients. You will also be collaborating closely with our IN2 team in ensuring client satisfaction and in continuously identifying new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be leading sales operations for your region. The role's duties will include:

  • Actively researching leads and potential clients
  • Understanding the IN2 platform in all its different functionalities and applications
  • Contacting potential clients and introducing IN2 using our sales toolkit
  • Keeping track of prospects and communicating your progress through our CRM tool
  • Driving the closure of sales deals
  • Coordinating with the Customer Service Team to ensure clients are well on-boarded and active on the platform
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the market, on a client level, or in the platform itself
  • Maintaining a network of key stakeholders regionally
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales


Requirements

  • BA or higher from an English-speaking higher education institution.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the sports or wellness industry
  • Knowledge of/Experience in the sports and wellness industry
  • English fluency, any other language is an added value
  • Tech or web savvy
  • Proficient communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven and a team player

Front-End Web Developer

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine design with programming. Responsibilities will include understanding the system flow to build on the top of it. You will work with the designers converting designs to technical implementations, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application works as well as how it looks.

  • Build reusable code for future uses
  • Test what you are working on to make sure it doesn't contain bugs before the deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in web development
  • Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular 2
  • Knowledge of Java, Springboot 2 and MySQL is a plus
  • Knows to work with Git
  • Making changes to existing web pages
  • Making responsive web pages
  • Speaking English fluently

Back-End Web Developer

Account Manager Intern

We are looking for an Account Manager Intern to join the Customer Management department. Responsibilities will include understanding the IN2 system fully in order to support, train, and help clients with their IN2 related needs. As an Account Manager Intern, you will be working with the whole IN2 team to ensure that clients’ needs and requests are translated into the system. This internship position has the potential to be extended into a full-time position.


Job Description

As an account manager you will be mainly handling your portfolio of clients from training them on the IN2 system to supporting them afterwards. The role's duties will include:

  • Training clients on the IN2 system
  • Offering client support after the training period is completed
  • Development and administration of client satisfaction surveys
  • Proposing client requests to the IN2 team
  • Informing the IN2 team about issues faced by the client
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating the FAQ list
  • Preparing manuals and other training material


Job Requirements

The following are minimum requirements for applying to this job, however, since we believe that different types of experience add value, if you think you are a right fit, we would love to hear from you:

  • BA or higher from an English-speaking higher education institution.
  • Candidates having majored in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Social Sciences are highly sought after.
  • Experience in customer support, sales, customer relationship management is highly sought after but not necessary.
  • Minimum of 0.5-3 year relevant work experience.
  • English fluency and good people skills are a must.
