Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the customer management department. Responsibilities will include understanding the IN2 system fully in order to support, train, and help clients with their IN2 related needs. As a CSM, you will be working with the whole IN2 team to ensure that clients’ needs, and requests are translated into the system. This is a full-time position.

 

Responsibilities

As a CSM you will be mainly handling your portfolio of clients from training them on the IN2 system to supporting them afterwards. The role duties will include:

 

  • Training clients on the IN2 system
  • Offering client support after the training period is completed
  • Development and administration of client satisfaction surveys
  • Proposing client requests to the IN2 team
  • Informing the IN2 team about issues faced by the client
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating the FAQ list
  • Preparing manuals and other training material

 

Requirements

The following are minimum requirements for applying to this job, however, since we believe that different types of experience add value, if you think you are a right fit, we would love to hear from you:

 

  • BA or higher from an English-speaking higher education institution
  • Candidates having majored in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Social Sciences are highly sought after
  • Experience in customer support, sales, customer relationship management is highly sought after but not necessary
  • Minimum of 1-3 year relevant work experience
  • English fluency and good people skills are a must
