in2 Self-Check In Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how in2 collects, uses, and protects personal information through the in2 Self Check-In application , a tablet/kiosk tool used by studios, gyms, and wellness centers to manage client check-in, class signup, and attendance.
This Policy applies to two groups of people:
- Staff members of a Business who sign in to operate the App
- Clients of a Business who use the App directly at a kiosk to check in, sign up
for a class, or create a new profile
1. Information We Collect
1.1 From Staff Users
- Email address and password, used for sign-in.
- Which Business(es)/tenant(s) the staff member has access to.
1.2 From Clients Searching for an Existing Profile
-First name, last name, email address, and/or phone number, used only to locate a matching record. Search results display a masked version of the client's email (e.g., "j*****3@gmail.com").
1.3 From Clients Creating a New Profile at the Kiosk
(only where a Business enables this option)
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Waiver signature
- A record that the waiver was read and accepted
1.4 Class and Attendance Data
- Which class(es) a client is checked into, and the check-in time
- Session or package status associated with a class, including cases where no package is on file ("session owed")
- Attendance history linked to a client's profile
1.5 Device and Usage Data
- General technical and usage logs from the kiosk device, used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App
We do not collect payment card information through the App. Where a Business requires online payment before check-in, booking and payment are completed through the separate in2 app or at the Business's front desk — those are subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information above to:
- Verify a client's identity and check them into a class
- Create and maintain a client's profile on behalf of the Business
- Record and store a signed waiver against a client's profile
- Track class attendance and session/package status
- Let staff manage check-in on behalf of the Business
- Operate, secure, and improve the App
3. Who We Share Information With
- The Business you check in with — they are the primary user of your data and
manage their own client relationships, packages, and payments.
- Staff members of that Business, who can view a masked version of your contact details and your check-in/attendance status.
- Service providers who help us host and operate the App's infrastructure, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Data Retention
Client profiles, waivers, and attendance records are kept for as long as the Business maintains an active relationship with the client, and afterward only as long as necessary for record-keeping, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent (e.g., a signed waiver), to the extent permitted

6. Minors
The App may be used at facilities that serve minors. Where a client is under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must complete the signup and waiver on the minor's behalf.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including masking contact details shown on shared kiosk screens, and requiring staff to authenticate before accessing client records.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
