Delete, edit, and store information
You are allowed to edit and delete your personal information, we inform you that this process is similar to eliminating information on your personal computer, you eliminate it but it stays on the recycle bin until it is totally eliminated, in this case, by us. We keep it as back-up information, for a determined period of time, waiting to be deleted.
If a user chooses to use IN’s invite service for connecting a person via the IN app/site, we will generate an automatic push notification to invite them to the activity. If you choose to invite a person via e-mail, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send this person an email inviting them to join the activity, and subscribe them to a biweekly newsletter of related activities, the person can choose to unsubscribe at their own accord. If this person chooses to attend the activity or stay notified of changes, then IN will send follow up emails. IN stores this data for the purposes of sending these emails and tracking the success of our invitation program. We do not store this information for public use.
We may occasionally send you information on products, services, and activities available on our application. Out of respect for your privacy, we present you some options not to receive this type of information.
