The information we collect automatically enables us to better understand our users, where they come from, and what content is of interest to them. This enables us to improve the quality and relevance of our Services to our users.

c. Data Collected from Third Parties.

From time to time when you visit the IN2 application or website, information may be placed on your computer to allow us to recognize your computer or cellphone in the form of a text file known as a cookie. Our use of cookies is intended to provide benefits to you, such as eliminating the need for you to enter your password frequently during a session or the need to re-enter items you place in a shopping cart if you do not finish a transaction in a single visit. IN2 uses Personal Data it receives for several purposes:

  • Services: To operate and maintain the IN2 application, website, and the Services offered. We may process and use your Personal Data to identify you, to provide you with the Service you have requested, to fulfill your other requests, to ensure the functionality and security of our Services, and to prevent and detect fraud and other misuses.
  • Development of Services: IN2 may process and use your Personal Data to develop its products and services. However, for the most part IN2 only uses aggregate and statistical information in the development of its products and Services, and not data directly identifiable to you. IN2 may also process and use your Personal Data to personalize its offerings and to provide you with service more relevant to you, for example, to make recommendations and to display customized content and advertising.

IN2 may disclose your Personal Data to the following categories of recipients or in the following circumstances:

  • To service providers and other authorized third parties. IN2 may transfer your Personal Data to authorized third parties who process personal data on behalf of IN2 for the purposes described in this Policy, such as technical services, logistics, payment processors and other service providers. Such parties are not permitted to use your Personal Data for any other purposes than for what your Personal Data was collected, and we require them to act consistently with applicable laws and this Policy as well as to use appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data;


  • To our strategic partners who provide services to us, such as website hosting, data analysis, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, credit card processing, auditing and other similar services;

  • To third parties to permit them to send you marketing communications, consistent with your choices, once you have directed us to disclose your Personal Data to them;

  • To a business, venue, studio or instructor that makes available a class or activity which you reserve or use through IN2, so that they can process the applicable reservation or activity and make available the class or activity to you;

  • To any users who uses IN2’s application or website if you willingly share your Personal Data in a public page on IN2’s application or website. You should be aware that any data you disclose in these pages can be read, collected and used by other users. For instance, if you share a video of you exercising, or you post a comment or public review on IN2’s application or website, this data can be read, collected and used by other users. IN2 has no control over the actions or behavior of other users; 

  • To any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary as a matter of applicable law or regulation, to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;

  • In the context of a Merger and Acquisition. In the event that IN2 decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses in certain countries, this may involve disclosing Personal Data to prospective or actual purchasers and their advisers, or receiving personal data from sellers and their advisers, for the purposes of such transactions.

IN2 does not under any circumstance sell or rent your Personal Data to other businesses or third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.


4. Personal Data Security:

IN2 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures and practices to prevent and minimize risks associated with providing and processing Personal Data. The measures we apply are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your Personal Data.

Such security measures include, where appropriate, the use of firewalls, secure server facilities, tokenization, encryption, implementing proper access rights management systems and processes, careful selection of processors, sufficient training of IN2’s personnel involved in the processing, and other necessary measures to provide appropriate protection for your Personal Data against unauthorized use or disclosure.

e. Right to Be Forgotten: You have the right to request deletion of the Personal Data that we have collected from you. However, kindly be aware that we cannot delete Personal Data that is necessary for completing any transaction that was initiated prior to requesting a deletion or for compliance with binding legal obligations. In addition, kindly note that, IN2 may not delete Personal Data that was disclosed to a business, venue, studio or instructor that makes available a class or activity which you reserve or use through IN2, so that they can process the applicable reservation or activity and make available the class or activity to you. You need to directly contact such business, venue, studio or instructor and request deletion of the Personal Data that was collected from you.

f. Right to Withdraw Your Consent: To the extent that you provided consent to IN2’s processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based upon consent that occurred prior to your withdrawal of consent.


Where your personal data was processed based on your consent for direct marketing communication purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent or unsubscribe for such processing at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the marketing e-mails we send you. 


g. Right to Complaint: For European Union citizens, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over issues related to the General Data Protection Regulation.




Informing IN2 of Your Request:

In case you wish to make use of your rights mentioned above, you may, exercise such rights by contacting us at [email protected] 

In some cases, especially if you wish us to delete or cease the processing of your Personal Data, this may also mean that we may not be able to continue to provide the Services to you. 

Please note that IN2 may need to identify you and to ask for additional information in order to be able to fulfill your above requests. Please also note that applicable law may contain restrictions and other provisions that relate to your above rights.

The above section provides specific information for residents, as required under the General Data Protection Regulation.

6. Data Retention:

IN2 will retain any Personal Data you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the Personal Data, (b) IN2’s decision to delete our Personal Data once the legitimate purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled, or (c) in case of a legal obligation to which IN2 is subject and require us to keep records of your Persona Data for a certain period of time.

7. Third Party Websites and Applications: 

Our website or application may contain links to third-party websites or applications. Please be aware that IN2 does not control these linked websites or applications and that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any information you share with them. 8. IN2’s Use of Your Personal Data for Marketing Purposes: 

IN2 may use your collected Personal Data for marketing purposes. IN2 grants you many options regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Data for marketing purposes: 

  1. Obtaining you consent before sharing of your Personal Data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes:  We do not share data with unaffiliated third-parties in the absence of your consent and such consent will only be valid for a single data transfer.


  1. Opt-out from receiving electronic communications from us: If you no longer want to receive marketing emails from us you can unsubscribe from receiving these marketing emails. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from receiving service emails from us, including security and legal notices.

9. Payment Processors and Tokenized Payments:

IN2 uses a third party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”) that provides internet payment services. Every time you make a card-based payment through IN2, your card information is tokenized to provide for the secure transmission of the card token from your computer/device to our servers, where it is maintained in an environment that uses industry standard measures to ensure its security against loss or theft, and to the Payment Processor. IN2 will store your tokenized payment information safely without requiring you to enter your card details again for future payments. Your token is securely stored, and enables you to make future card-based payment in one-click.

Your Personal Data may be collected directly by the Payment Processor and will be subject to payment processor’s privacy policy. However, the Payment Processor is not permitted to use your Personal Data for any other purposes than for what your Personal Data was collected, and IN2 requires the Payment Processor to act consistently with applicable laws and this Policy as well as to use appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data.
